牙周组织再生术联合正畸治疗牙周炎的疗效

Effect of Periodontal Tissue Regeneration Combined with Orthodontic Treatment on Periodontitis

目的探究牙周组织再生术-正畸联合治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取江苏省苏州市吴江区中医医院(吴江区第二人民医院)2016年3月至2018年4月诊治的96例牙周炎患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,每组48例。对照组接受牙周组织再生术治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上联合正畸治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗3个月后牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、亚菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)变化情况。结果治疗3个月后,两组的GI、SBI、PLI、PD、CAL指数均比治疗前降低,观察组GI、SBI、PLI、PD、CAL指数显著低对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对牙周炎患者行牙周组织再生术-正畸联合治疗的效果显著,可有效改善其牙周功能,并能有效促进口腔的全面恢复,值得临床推广借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of periodontal tissue regeneration-orthodontics in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with periodontitis who were treated in the Department of Stomatology in Wujiang District Chinese Medicine Hospital of Suzhou City from March 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,48 patients in each group.The control group received periodontal tissue regenerative treatment,the observation group was combined with orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group.The changes of gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),subplaque index(PLI),periodontal probing depth(PD),and clinical attachment loss(CAL)were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the GI,SBI,PLI,PD,and CAL of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of periodontal tissue regeneration-orthodontic treatment on periodontitis patients is effective,which can improve the periodontal function and promote the comprehensive recovery of the oral cavity.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
