张天福先生茶叶科研创新思想的时代意义——以“乌龙茶做青工艺与设备研究”成果为例

摘要 1983-1989年,张天福先生在福建省农业科学院茶叶研究所牵头开展“乌龙茶做青工艺与设备研究”项目攻关,该项目于1990年获得福建省科技进步二等奖,它的推广应用对我国乌龙茶的持续发展产生了深远影响。本文从始终自觉树立绿色发展质量兴茶的科研导向、注重利用现代技术装备提升茶学研究水平和在岗位实践中培养研究团队等3个方面阐述了张天福先生的科研创新思想,旨在为当代科技工作者提供借鉴。 Mr.Zhang Tianfu carried out the project of“research on the green-making technology and equipment of Oolong tea”led by Tea Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 1983 to 1989.The project won the second prize for progress in science and technology of Fujian Province in 1990,and its popularization and application had a profound influence on the sustainable development of Oolong tea in China.Mr.Zhang Tianfu's scientific research innovation thought was expounded in this paper from three aspects including consciously establishing the scientific research orientation of green development and promoting tea industry by quality,paying attention to the use of modern technology and equipment to improve the research level of tea science,and cultivating the research team in the post practice,in order to provide reference for the contemporary scientific and technological workers.
