Suggestions on ’14th Five Year’ Energy Development in Shanghai

当今中国正面临百年未有之大变局,无论是国际关系格局,还是中国经济转型;无论是新技术革命颠覆,还是市场化改革深化,都对我国的能源行业带来了前所未有的新挑战,也对上海的"十四五"能源发展产生了深刻影响。文章结合作者平时工作实践、学习体会提出了天然气定位、新增电量高比例自给、能源要素"上海价格"、储能和氢能、能源数字化转型、长三角能源一体化等六点建议,希望对上海能源"十四五"规划编制起到一定的参考价值。

China is facing huge changes, which never comes in this century. No matter international relationship or economy transition in China, no matter innovative technology updating or deepening market reform,which brings new changes to energy industry in China and has great influence on‘14 th Five Year’energy development in Shanghai. The article puts forward natural gas position, newly added self-sufficient high proportion electricity, energy factor‘Shanghai Price’, energy storage and hydrogen energy, digital energy transition, Yangtze River Delta energy integration with author work, study and life experiences. The author hopes that above six suggestions can be certain reference to‘14 th Five year’planning in Shanghai.
