摘要 论述了发电机励端轴瓦绝缘失效故障的分析与处理,绝缘失效原因为绝缘套管裂纹、绝缘垫片安装或处理工艺不当、背部环氧树脂塞加工尺寸不当等8种原因,制定了应对措施,解决了发电机励端轴瓦绝缘失效故障。 It focuses on the analysis and treatment of insulation failure of generator bearing insulation.The reasons for the failure of the insulation are the crack of the insulating bushing of bolt,the improper processing or installation of the insulating gasket and the improper making of the epoxy resin plug on the back.There are eight reasons mainly lead to the poor performance of the insulating gasket.The author has formulated effective measures to solve the insulation failure.
