摘要
在国际电站工程EPC总承包项目中,采购活动起到了承上启下的作用。对于高端国际电站工程项目的供应链管理,EPC总承包商及其供应商大都需要一个适应的过程。即使是对一个采购订单的管理,都需要环环相扣、多部门多人合作,都需要运用大量的管理工具,以达到一定的管理颗粒度。
In the management of international EPC power plant projects,procurement activities play a role in connecting the preceding activities with the following ones.For the supply chain management in high-end international power plant projects,EPC contractors and their suppliers mostly have a learning curve.Even managing a single purchase order involves interlinked steps,multi-department and multi-person cooperation,and a large number of management tools are needed to achieve a certain degree of management granularity.
