摘要
45°不等径(支管缩径)锻造斜三通常用于过热蒸汽和再热蒸汽管道的汇合,受力情况复杂。采用有限单元法计算了某660MW超临界锅炉再热蒸汽管道斜三通的受力情况,并对斜三通的设计进行了对比优化。
The forged 45°Lateral Tees(reducing on branch)are usually used for the convergence of overheated and reheated steam pipe,which are affected by complex stress conditions.Finite element method is used for calculate stress of 45°lateral tee which used in a 660 MW ultra super boiler reheated steam pipe.Improvement design also put forward based on the analysis.
