某轴流水泵异常振动分析与改造

摘要 某电站投产前期发现配套生产的立式轴流泵在试验过程中发现振动大,填料泄漏,在不抽真空的情况下,流量不足,满足不了生产需求.通过分析得出是泵的汽蚀余量设计不足导致,经过反复试验,最终确定整改方案,试验结果取得良好效果,为项目顺利进展提供了保障。 The vertical axial flow pump was found to have large vibration and leakage during the power station performance test stage.Under the condition of no vacuum pumping,the flow was insufficient and could not meet the production requirements.Through analysis,it is concluded that the inadequate design of the NPSH of the pump.After repeated tests,the rectification scheme is finally determined,and the test results have achieved good results,which provides a guarantee for the smooth progress of the project.
