摘要
由于MES缺乏手段深入设备侧对焊接物理流程的控制,所以实施时会遇到很大阻力。基于工业物联网架构的智能制造系统是面向物理信息系统的体系架构,其中的边缘计算节点是贴近设备和流程的计算能力,可以对焊接物理流程进行控制。文章介绍了工业物联网的架构,分析了基于工业物联网焊接车间模型,研究了焊接车间边缘计算节点智能控制单元和应用层智能管控平台的软件功能架构。
Because lacks the means to control the physical process of welding on the equipment side,the MES will encounter a lot of resistance during implementation.IIOT is a physical information system,which edge computing node is close to the equipment and process,can control the physical process of welding.This paper introduces the structure of IIOT,analyzes the welding workshop model based on IIOT,and studies the software architecture of edge computing node and application layer.
