兵团团场小学“道德与法治”课程实施现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of the Implementation of the Course "Morality and Rule of Law" in the Primary School of XPCC

2016年小学义务教育的德育课程改为"道德与法治",新增了法治建设相关内容,为思政课一线教学的教师带来了新的挑战。为深入了解团场小学"道德与法治"课程实施现状,本研究运用问卷调查的方法,对新疆兵团团场小学"道德与法治"课程实施现状展开调查。结果显示:当前兵团团场小学"道德与法治"课程优秀的师资力量薄弱,教育资源不足,教师缺乏专业的培训和指导,教研活动开展情况不乐观。为此,要吸引优秀教师入职,强化教师队伍建设;加大教育经费投入,优化教育资源配置;增加培训机会,为教师提供有效指导;重视学科建设,开展教研活动;更新教学理念,完善考核方式;教师要主动完善自身素质,适应课堂教学改革新要求。

In 2016, the moral education curriculum for compulsory primary education was changed to "Morality and Rule of Law", and the related content of the rule of law construction was added, which brought new challenges to the teachers in the teaching of such ideological and political courses. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the current status of the implementation of the course, this study used the questionnaire survey method to investigate the current status of the implementation of such curriculum in primary schools in XPCC. The results show that there is a certain lack of excellent teaching staff, of the educational resources, of professional training and guidance, and the teaching and research activities are not optimistic. To this end, it is necessary to attract excellent teachers to join the staff to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, to increase investment in education funds to optimize the allocation of educational resources, to increase training opportunities to provide effective guidance for teachers, to attach importance to discipline construction to carry out teaching and research activities, and to update teaching concepts to improve assessment methods. Teachers should take the initiative to improve their own quality and adapt to the new requirements of classroom teaching reform.
