师范生微格教学技能训练问题分析

Analysis on Problems in Microteaching Skills of Students in Normal College

摘要 针对英语师范生在微格教学实践环节中的具体表现,选取导入呈现、操练、提问、组织课堂活动、板书板画等五个主要技能训练环节中比较突出的问题进行分析,通过问题确诊,为进一步研究解决策略提供思路,从而增强师范生实际教学技能,为微格教学实践研究补充第一手资料。 This article analyzed problems presented by normal college students during their microteaching practice primarily on the following five teaching skills: lead-in & presentation, drill, questioning, organizing classroom activities, blackboard design and stick drawing. Based on the analysis, it provides first-hand materials for microteaching research as well as offering ideas on how to improve the quality of microteaching and to enhance the students’ practical teaching ability.
