北方地区入院治疗老年人膳食结构及营养素摄入量调查

Investigation on Dietary Structure and Nutrient Intake for Admission Treatment of the Elderly in the Northern Area

为了解北方地区老年人膳食结构与心脑血管的关系,筛选出100例入院治疗的高脂血症患者进行膳食调查研究。结果表明:被调查对象虽然能量来源比例基本符合理想摄入范围,但均存在营养搭配不平衡、膳食结构不合理现象,且男性被调查对象膳食结构不合理现象更为严重。该结果可为改善北方地区人群营养及健康状况提供参考。

In order to understand the relationship between dietary structure and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular in the elderly in the northern region,100 patients with hyperlipidemia treated by admission were screened out for dietary survey.The results showed that:Although the proportion of energy sources basically accords with the ideal intake range,there are unbalanced nutrition and unreasonable dietary structure,and the unreasonable dietary structure of male subjects is more serious.The results can provide a reference for improving the nutrition and health of the population in the northern region.
