基于九型人格的个性化教育对泌尿外科护理带教效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨基于九型人格的个性化教育对泌尿外科护理带教效果的影响。[方法]选择2016年9月-2018年6月于医院泌尿外科实习的84名护理实习生,按照随机化原则分为对照组和观察组,每组42人,对照组给予常规带教模式,观察组给予基于九型人格的个性化带教模式。比较两组护理实习生护理专业理论知识、操作技能、沟通能力、劳动纪律、职业道德等各项考核成绩及综合成绩评分和护理实习生满意度。[结果]带教前两组各项考核成绩及综合成绩评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。带教后,两组各项考核成绩及综合成绩评分较带教前均增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项考核成绩及综合成绩评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理实习生对观察组的授课方式和授课内容的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理实习生对授课时间的满意度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]基于九型人格的个性化教育带教模式的应用可提高教学效果,改善护理实习生满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of personalized education based on enneagram on the nursing teaching effect in department of urological surgery.Methods:A total of 84 nursing interns in department of urological surgery of hospital from September 2016 to June 2018 were included into this study,then randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The nursing interns in control group received routine teaching mode,the nursing interns in observation group received personalized teaching mode based on enneagram.The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,communication ability,labor discipline,professional ethics,the comprehensive scores of nursing interns and the nursing interns′satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before teaching,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of each assessment results and the comprehensive scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of all assessment results and the comprehensive scores in the two groups after teaching were increased compared with those before teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of all assessment results and the comprehensive scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing interns in the observation group on teaching methods and teaching contents were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction score of nursing interns to teaching time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The application of personalized teaching mode based on enneagram can improve the teaching effect and the nursing interns′satisfaction.
