摘要
旁观者虽然不是校园欺凌事件中的主要矛盾双方,但是其在欺凌事件中同样占有重要的地位,旁观者的行为甚至可以改变欺凌事件的走向。在现有对校园欺凌事件的研究中,关于旁观者行为的研究较少,对旁观者行为中的冷漠旁观行为的研究更是寥寥无几。本文通过对旁观者行为中的煽动行为、冷漠旁观行为和保护行为的影响因素的分析,提出了激发旁观者干预意识、提高旁观者干预能力和增强旁观者的后援力量等建议,以期减少校园欺凌事件的发生。
Although bystanders are not the main contradictory parties in school bullying incidents,they also play an important role in bullying incidents.Bystanders’behaviors can even change the trend of bullying incidents.Among the existing studies on school bullying,there are few studies on bystander behavior,and even fewer on indifferent bystander behavior.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of incitement,indifference and protection in the bystander behavior,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as stimulating the bystander intervention consciousness,improving the bystander intervention ability and strengthening the bystander backup power,in order to reduce the occurrence of school bullying.
