大数据视野下的侦查人才培养体系探索

Exploration on the Training System of Investigation Talents from the Perspective of Big Data

近年来,随着公安信息化建设的不断推进,大数据平台搭建工作取得显著成效。侦查模式正逐渐由传统的被动侦查向主动侦查过渡,由部门侦查向合成侦查转变。大数据侦查已然彰显出主动防控、精准打击、全局把握的优势。然而,大数据背景下的侦查工作面临着犯罪复杂化、专业人才紧缺等诸多挑战。在侦查学二级学科下开设大数据侦查方向,创新大数据侦查人才培养模式已迫在眉睫。大数据视野下应当通过构建科学的理论体系、强化教学质量建设、深化校局合作等手段培养大数据侦查人才,以满足公安工作的需求。

In recent years,with the continuous progress of public security information construction,big data platform construction has achieved remarkable results. The traditional investigation mode is gradually changing from passive investigation to active investigation and from departmental investigation to synthetic investigation.Big data investigation has shown the advantages of active prevention and control,accurate strike,overall grasp. However,the investigation work under the background of big data is faced with many challenges,such as the complexity of crime,the shortage of professionals and so on. It is urgent to set up big data’s investigation direction under the second-level discipline of investigation and study,and to innovate big data’s training mode of investigation talents. The training of investigation talents from the Perspective of big data should be based on the construction of scientific theoretical system,strengthen the construction of teaching quality,deepen the cooperation mechanism of school bureau and other means to train big data investigation talents to meet the needs of public security work.
