系统论视域下的研究生课程体系分析

The Analysis of Graduate Students’ Curriculum System under the Perspective of System Theory

在系统论视域下,研究生课程体系是由课程内部运行体系和外部环境反馈体系构建的有机整体。课程内部运行体系主要由课程体系目标、课程体系结构、课程体系实施、课程体系管理与评价以及研究生培养质量等要素构成;外部环境反馈体系主要指政治、经济、文化、教育等外部因素对课程内部运行体系构成的影响。研究生课程内部运行体系和外部环境反馈体系两者相互作用、相互联系,形成了研究生课程体系的运行系统。为确保研究生课程体系的有效运行,应重视健全研究生培养质量反馈机制,加强研究生课程体系建设主体间的协调和关联,科学建立课程体系评估机制,实施动态课程体系管理。

Under the horizon of system theory,the graduate students’ curriculum system is an organic whole of made up with internal operation system and external environmental feedback system. Internal operation system is mainly composed of curriculum target,curriculum structure,curriculum implementation,curriculum system,management and evaluation of curriculum,as well as the quality of graduate student etc.;External environmental feedback system refers to the politic,economic,culture,education and other external factors,which can influence on the internal operation system. The internal operation system and external environment feedback system of postgraduate courses interact and interact with each other,forming the operation system of postgraduate courses. In order to ensure the effective operation of the postgraduate curriculum system,we should pay attention to improving the feedback mechanism of postgraduate education quality,strengthen the coordination and correlation among the main bodies of the postgraduate curriculum system construction,scientifically establish the evaluation mechanism of the curriculum system,and implement the dynamic curriculum system management.
