电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定连铸保护渣中Li 2O含量 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定连铸保护渣中Li 2O含量的方法,分析了同一样品检测结果的重现性,对比了不同仪器、不同检测方法对Li 2O含量测定的精度影响。结果表明,采用多点法绘制的Li 2O浓度-光强度标准曲线的相关系数达0.9999,线性良好;检测条件的变化不会影响保护渣中Li 2O含量的测定,且t计算均小于t 0.05,5。ICP-AES法具有检测限低、重现性好、精确度高的优势,且操作方便、快捷,可满足连铸保护渣工业化生产过程中对Li 2O定量分析的要求。 The determination of Li 2O in continuous casting mold powder by ICP-AES is introduced.The reproducibility of the same sample is analyzed,and the influence of different instruments and methods on the determination accuracy of Li 2O is compared.The results show that the correlation coefficient of Li 2O concentration light intensity standard curve drawn by multi-point method is 0.9999,and the linearity is good;the change of detection conditions will not affect the determination of Li 2O content in protective slag,and t计算is always less than t 0.05,5.ICP-AES method has the advantages of low detection limit,good reproducibility and high accuracy,and fast operation,which can meet the requirements of Li 2O quantitative analysis in the industrial production of continuous casting mold powder.
