摘要
对可能制约精炼小炉盖使用寿命的因素进行了分析,认为精炼除尘系统气流的冲刷,电极弧光辐射引起的熔损,熔渣和气体的化学侵蚀和渗透,精炼造渣情况,小炉盖本身的物化性能及尺寸设计不合理都会导致小炉盖使用寿命的缩短。通过在小炉盖成分中添加适量的SiO 2、Cr 2O 3和α-Al 2O 3,采用高效减水剂,更换成大型振动台成型模式,精炼小炉盖寿命从平均7天提高到2个月,不但降低了使用成本,还避免了因为小炉盖提前下线而导致生产的中断,提高了精炼生产效率。
The factors that may restrict the service life of refining small furnace cover are analyzed.It is considered that the service life of small furnace cover will be shortened due to the scouring of the air flow in the refining dedusting system,the melting loss caused by the arc radiation of the electrode,the chemical erosion and infiltration of the slag and gas,the refining slagging,the unreasonable physical and chemical properties and size design of the small furnace cover itself.By adding appropriate SiO 2,Cr 2O 3 andα-Al 2O 3 into the composition of small furnace cover,adopting super-plasticizer and replacing with large-scale shaking table forming mode,the life of refining small furnace cover is increased from 7 days to 2 months on average,which reduces the use cost,avoids the production interruption and improves the refining production efficiency.
