ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR PITTING DEFECTS ON THE SURFACE OF COLD-ROLLED BASE MATERIAL

摘要 分析了唐山市德龙钢铁有限公司650生产线热轧带钢表面麻坑缺陷的产生原因,从产生机理入手,通过调整加热工艺、优化除鳞设备、合理分配轧机负荷、控制冷却方式、编排生产计划等措施,带钢表面麻坑缺陷由28%降低到9%,在保证物理性能不变的同时,氧化铁皮厚度由12.1%降低到8.6%,不仅提高了带钢的产品质量,还满足了终端客户对冷轧基料的使用要求。 The causes of pitting on the surface of hot rolled strip in 650 production line of Tangshan Delong steel Co.,Ltd.are analyzed.Based on the production mechanism,through adjusting the heating process,optimizing the descaling equipment,reasonably distributing the rolling mill load,controlling the cooling mode,arranging the production plan and other measures,the pitting on the surface of strip steel is reduced from 28%to 9%,the thickness of the oxide scale is reduced from 12.1%to 8.6%with ensuring the same physical properties.It not only improves the product quality of strip steel,but also meets the end customer's requirements for cold rolling base material.
