摘要 以磷酸、碳酸钙、碳酸钠、氧化铝为原料,采用高温熔融,研究合成了一系列低溶速阻垢剂NCP-X(X=0,3,5),并通过实验测试研究了其阻垢性能和其他相关特性。结果表明,NCP-X在循环冷却水中能缓慢均匀释放,掺入的铝含量越高,溶解速率越低。在温度为30~70℃的范围内,NCP-X都具有很好的阻垢性能。将低溶速阻垢剂应用于工业循环冷却水,不但使用简单方便,而且可大大降低成本。 A series of scale inhibitors with low dissolution rate,NCP-X(X=0,3,5),are synthesized from phosphate,calcium carbonate,sodium carbonate and alumina by high-temperature melt method.The scale inhibition performance and other related features are studied through experimental tests.The results show that NCP-X can release slowly and uniformly in circulating cooling water,and the dissolution rate decreases with the aluminum content increasing.NCP-X exhibit superior scale inhibition performance in the range of 30~70 ℃.The application of the scale inhibitors with low dissolution rate to industrial circulating cooling water is not only simple and convenient to use,but also greatly reduce the cost.
