摘要
利用元素分析仪、^1H NMR核磁、FTIR、UV等检测方法分别对氧化聚合蒽油基软沥青(OP)、热聚合蒽油基软沥青(TP)结构进行表征。结果表明,OP、TP平均分子量分别为243.14和271.20;两种沥青中氮原子主要以R-NH-R存在,OP中氧原子主要以Ar-O-R或R-O-R结构存在;芳烃取代类型主要为单取代,并且OP、TP分子结构分别以线性排列、面性排列为主。两种沥青芳环上均有短链的烃取代基,OP和TP的平均分子结构式分别为渺位缩合四元环稠环芳烃、迫位缩合的五元环稠环芳烃。
Two kinds of anthracene oil based soft pitches(named as OP,TP) were obtained by using the method of air oxidation polymerization and self-reduction thermal polymerization.The structure of anthracene oil based soft pitches has been determined by elemental analyzer,^1H NMR,FTIR and UV spectrum.The results shown that,the average molecular weights of OP and TP were 243.14 and 271.20,respectively.The nitrogen atom mainly existed in R-NH-R structure in each pitches.The oxygen atom mainly existed in Ar-O-R or R-O-R structure in the OP,and the aromatic substitution type was mainly monosubstituted.In addition,the structure of OP is mainly in linear arrangement and secondly in planar arrangement,and the structure of TP is opposite to OP.Thus in,both of pitches have short-chain hydrocarbon substituent on the aromatic rings by the modified Brown-Lander model.The average molecular structural formula of OP and TP are a condensed four-membered ring fused aromatic hydrocarbon,and a peri-position condensed five-membered ring fused aromatic hydrocarbon,respectively.
