With a favorable environment for startups,Qingdao is a city of entrepreneurship,with great creativity,and robust growth momentum.In recent years,The Part committee and government of Laoshan District,in keeping with the ways of thinking and pace set by the provincial and municipal Party committees,have stepped up the replacement of growth drivers with new ones,made vigorous efforts to learn from and keep pace with Shenzhen,and launched a campaign of seeking breakthroughs on 15 fronts at Laoshan District,to form synergy between the visible hand of the government,the invisible hand of the market,and the diligent hand of the entrepreneurs,thus promoting the district's development.
