加拿大国家遗产数字化战略研究及启示

Research and Enlightenment on National Heritage Digitalization Strategy of Canada

文化遗产是保障国家繁荣昌盛和塑造公众文化自信的重要精神力量。文章梳理总结了加拿大国家遗产数字化战略(NHDS)的五个特征:激励文化机构主动致力于数字化建设、资源来源渠道多元化、参与均等化与合作协同化、提供专业的数字化指导实践、优先数字化濒危文献遗产等5个特点,提出我国文化遗产数字化保护可以借鉴加拿大的相关经验,从组建管理文化遗产的统一机构、设立“以奖代补”的数字专项经费、支持高校图书馆公平参与、鼓励社会力量参与协作等方面努力改善当前工作的不利局面。

Cultural heritage is an important spiritual force to guarantee China’s prosperity and build public cultural confidence.The paper summarizes the characteristics of NHDS in Canada on five aspects:encouraging cultural institutions to actively commit to digital construction,diversifying resources sources and channels,equally participating and cooperating in a coordinated way,providing professional digital guidance practice,and prioritizing digitalization of endangered document heritage.It is suggested that the digital protection of cultural heritage in China can learn from the relevant experience of Canada,and make efforts to improve the unfavorable situation of the current work from the aspects of establishing a unified organization for managing cultural heritage,setting up special funds for“rewarding by awards”,supporting the fair participation of university libraries,and encouraging social power to participate in collaboration.
