Research Progress on the Influence of Urban Form on Building Energy Consumption and Its Enlightenments

以定性研究与定量研究的视角,深入剖析当前国际上城市形态对建筑能耗影响研究的主要特征、研究内容、研究方法。发现:进入21世纪以来,定量研究逐渐趋于主导地位,并呈现出影响因素向多元化扩展、研究对象向街区化拓展、研究方法向多样化延展的总体趋势。在此基础上,提出了未来我国相关研究的发展方向。

Using both qualitative and quantitative perspectives, the paper delves into the main characteristics, contents and methods of the impact of urban form on building energy consumption on a global scale. It discovers that quantitative research has gradually become dominant since the beginning of the 21 st century, with a general trend towards diversification of influencing factors, research scale and methods. On this basis, it suggests the development direction of related research in China.
