摘要
为了有效提高医疗体系中大量电子档案的安全性,避免被非法拷贝和篡改,设计一种基于数字水印技术的医院电子档案管理系统。首先,结合电子档案的实际应用环境,设计数字水印系统的整体架构和关键流程;其次,在传统数字水印算法的基础上,提出一种基于非下采样轮廓波变换和奇异值分解的水印算法,在Contourlet域进行水印的嵌入和提取;利用C#编程实现了设计的水印算法以及医院电子档案管理系统。结果显示该系统运行正常,且提出的水印算法具有良好的不可见性和较好的鲁棒性。
In order to effectively improve the security of a large number of electronic archives in the medical system and avoid illegal copying and falsifying,a hospital electronic archive management system based on digital watermarking technology is designed.Firstly,the overall architecture and key processes of digital watermarking system are designed in combination with the actual application of electronic archives.Secondly,on the basis of the traditional digital watermarking algorithm,a watermarking algorithm based on NSCT(nonsubsampled contourlet transform)and SVD(singular value decomposition)is proposed to embed and extract the watermarking in Contourlet domain.The designed watermarking algorithm and the hospital electronic archive management system are realized with C#programming.The results show that the system works normally and the proposed watermarking algorithm has good invisibility performance and satisfied robustness.
