随着现代性社会的发展与时代问题的凸显,伦理学在当代学术界与生活世界越来越具有“显学”的特质。那么,需要反思的是,伦理学及其研究者应该以怎样的一种态度和视角来应对本学科所遇到的现实挑战和理论困境。从现实来看,伦理学的研究不仅要立足于自身“知行合一”的理论品质与相应的哲学基础,而且要重点着眼于对现代公共性问题进行深入的考察。毕竟,伦理学的基本问题就是要解决人们如何在一个公共性的空间中实现从自身到组织、乃至整个社会的多元价值。也正是由于这个原因,我们应该以一种既回归本原又面向未来的宏大视野来思考伦理学研究所面对的核心问题。

With the development of modern society and the emergence of contemporary issues,ethics has more and more"outstanding"characteristics in the contemporary academic and living world.Therefore,it is necessary to reflect on what kind of attitude and perspective ethics and its researchers should adopt to deal with the realistic challenges and theoretical dilemmas encountered by the discipline.From the perspective of reality,the research of ethics should not only base itself on the theoretical quality of"unity of knowing and doing"and the corresponding philosophical basis,but also focus on the in-depth investigation of modern public issues.After all,the basic problem of ethics is to solve how people can realize the multiple values from themselves to organizations and even the whole society in a public space.It is for this reason that we should consider the core issue of ethics research with a grand vision that is both original and future-oriented.
