摘要
为缩短桑黄的培养周期,提高桑黄的产量和品质,增加桑树的附加值,本试验针对桑黄代料配方、接种方式、菌丝生长条件、子实体生长条件、大棚消毒灭菌五个方面进行优化。结果筛选出适宜的桑黄代料配方,即老桑树木屑78%、玉米粉2%、稻壳2%、棉籽壳17%、熟石膏1%;适合菌丝生长的温度为25℃~30℃、湿度为65%~75%;适宜子实体生长的温度为26℃~29℃、湿度为85%~95%;接种方式较好的是长满培养基的整块菌落接种;大棚消毒灭菌效果较好的是福尔马林消毒法。
In order to shorten the culture cycle of Phellinus baumii,improve the output and quality of Phellinus baumii,and increase the added value of mulberry tree,this experiment aimed at optimizing the formulation,inoculation method,mycelia growth condition,fruiting body growth condition and greenhouse disinfection and sterilization.As a result,the suitable formula was selected,which were 78%of old mulberry sawdust,2%of corn flour,2%of rice husk,17%of cotton seed husk and 1%of plaster.The optimum temperature for mycelia growth was 25℃-30℃and humidity was 65%-75%.The optimum temperature for fruiting body growth was 26℃-29℃and humidity was 85%-95%.The best inoculation method was the whole colony inoculation with full culture medium,and formalin disinfection was the best method for greenhouse disinfection and sterilization.
