一种新型应急无线语音调度指挥的模式

A New Wireless Voice Scheduling Mode f or Emergency Command

笔者介绍了在发生重大群体性应急事件时,综合指挥调度系统的作用及需要完成的任务,分析了综合指挥调度系统的组成和无线调度系统部分的主要功能和工作流程。在此基础上,笔者着重分析了传统无线调度系统的结构和缺陷,进而提出了新型无线调度系统的系统架构和实现方案。新型无线调度系统不仅可以实现传统无线调度系统的功能,而且还丰富了由于系统结构改进带来的新功能。

This paper introduces the functions and tasks of the integrated command and dispatching system in the event of major group emergency,analyzes the composition of the integrated command and dispatching system and the main functions and workflow of the wireless dispatching system.On this basis,the author focuses on the analysis of the structure and defects of the traditional wireless scheduling system,and then puts forward the system architecture and implementation scheme of the new wireless scheduling system.The new wireless scheduling system can not only realize the functions of traditional wireless scheduling system,but also enrich the new functions brought by the improvement of system structure.
