摘要
为保证重大件吊装安全,对吊装索具的选择和组装、货物积载位置进行阐述,并在现有的重大件装卸对船舶稳性和横倾影响的基础理论上优化计算方法,并对实际工作中反向吊起“旁通”法调整横倾的可行性进行理论上的分析和计算。以“黄海开拓”船为计算实例,对上述方法进行验证。结果表明:该计算方法能够满足实际生产要求。针对联吊吊装过程,给出具体的操作程序,以便相关人员操作时参考。
The tips are given for selecting and assembling hoisting rigging and choosing stowage position of cargo.The improvement of calculation is proposed based on the theory of ship stability and transverse inclination affected by lifting heavy cargo.The method is illustrated with the operation on the ship"HUANGHAI DEVELOPER".The method for adjusting transverse inclination by lifting a pontoon is introduced.A specific operation procedure for tandem operation is given for the reference of related workers.
