摘要
以乘客电梯导轨系统为研究对象,介绍国家标准GB 7588-2003的相关要求,分两种工况(正常使用和安全钳动作)下电梯运行来探讨导轨的受力情况。结合工程案例介绍轿厢和对重导轨在上述工况下的校核计算,并总结电梯结构设计对导轨强度的影响。
Taking the guide rail system of passenger elevator as the analysis object,the relevant requirements of the standard GB 7588-2003 are introduced,and the stress condition of guide rail under two working conditions(normal use and safety gear tripped)are discussed.The checking calculation of lift car and counterweight guide rail under the above working conditions are introduced taking engineering case as example,and the influence of elevator structure design on guide rail strength is summarized.
