摘要
阐述了MGL能够特异性识别病原体或肿瘤细胞,其配体上的N-乙酰氨基半乳糖(GalNAc)为主要的糖结合表位,且MGL中特定氨基酸介导其与糖配体的结合特异性。MGL既参与DC对抗原的捕获、内化和递呈,也参与T细胞功能的调节,在病原体免疫和肿瘤免疫中均起重要作用。MGL还可作为信号受体参与DC和T细胞的信号转导。
This paper described that MGL could recognize some pathogens and tumor cells. N-acetylgalactosamine( GalNAc) on MGL ligands is the main glycan-binding epitope,and the special amino acid of MGL mediates the binding specificity with its glycan ligand. MGL involves in DCs ’ capturing,internalizing and presenting of antigens,and regulating the function of T cells. Meanwhile,MGL serving as signal receptor participates in the signal transduction of DCs and T cells.
