摘要
展开对食用菌生产中微生物灾害相关问题的研究,介绍了食用菌生产过程中微生物灾害产生的原因及分类,主要有竞争性污染杂菌和病原菌。提出微生物灾害的预防和治理方法,应改良和优选食用菌品种,创新食用菌制种容器,合理保存和配置食用菌生产原材料,净化食用菌生长环境,预防和清除各类杂菌,以保证和提高食用菌的产量和质量。
This paper studies the problems related to the microbial disasters in the production of edible fungi,introduces the causes and classification of the microbial disasters in the production process of edible fungi,mainly including the competitive pollution of miscellaneous bacteria and pathogenic bacteria,puts forward the prevention and control methods of microbial disasters,and should improve and optimize the varieties of edible fungi,innovate the seed production containers of edible fungi,reasonably preserve and configure the original production sources of edible fungi materials,purify the environment for the growth of edible fungi,prevent and remove all kinds of miscellaneous fungi,so as to ensure and improve the yield and quality of edible fungi.
