外固定架在手足部骨折的临床应用效果分析

Clinical application of external fixator in hand and foot fracture

分析手足部骨折患者采用外固定架治疗的临床效果。选择吉林大学第二医院2018年6月-2019年10月手足部骨折患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机方式分为实验组和对照组,每组各51例。实验组患者采用外固定架治疗,对照组患者采用常规内固定治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率、恢复时间、并发症发生率。实验组患者经过治疗后,临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,恢复时间和并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。针对手足部骨折的治疗,临床上应采用外固定架治疗,以降低并发症的发生,提升患者的生活质量。

To analyze the clinical effect of external fixator in the treatment of hand and foot fracture.102 patients with hand and foot fracture in the second hospital of Jilin University from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with external fixator,while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional internal fixation.The clinical treatment efficiency,recovery time and complication rate of the two groups were compared.After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the recovery time and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).For the treatment of hand and foot fracture,external fixator should be used to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
