高血压脑出血患者早期吞咽障碍筛查及康复护理应用研究

Study on screening and rehabilitation nursing of early dysphagia in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

选取2017年8月2018年12月来我院治疗的60例高血压脑出血患者为本次研究对象,对其进行早期吞咽障碍筛查,并予以康复护理干预,观察筛查与护理效果。其中,有45例筛查出吞咽障碍,经护理干预后,中、重度障碍者所占比例明显减少,和治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关并发症发生率为3.33%。说明对高血压脑出血患者进行早期吞咽功能筛查,并进行康复护理,有益于减轻吞咽障碍严重程度,减少并发症的出现,值得推广。

60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from August 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were screened for early dysphagia,and given rehabilitation nursing intervention to observe the screening and nursing effect.Among them,45 cases of dysphagia were screened out.After nursing intervention,the proportion of moderate and severe dysphagia was significantly reduced.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of related complications was 3.33%.It is suggested that early screening of swallowing function and rehabilitation nursing for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are beneficial to reduce the severity of dysphagia and complications.
