摘要
介绍了一种适合野外光伏清扫的摆渡系统,系统主要包括摆渡车和轨道系统。阐述了摆渡车和轨道的结构,结合结构分析了摆渡系统的工作流程。摆渡系统的限位模块是通过在摆渡车行程开关外加套筒来防止杂物对行程开关形成干扰。轨道的行程开关挡块设计成伸出式以配合摆渡车的行程开关。样机的实际运行证实了设计的稳定可行。
This paper introduces a ferry system suitable for field photovoltaic array cleaning equipment.Ferry system mainly includes ferry vehicle and track system.This paper introduces the structure of ferry vehicle and track,and introduces the workflow of ferry system combined with the structure.The limit module of the ferry system is to prevent the interference of sundries to the limit switch by adding a sleeve to the limit switch of the ferry vehicle.The limit switch block of the track is designed to extend to match the Limit switch of the ferry vehicle.The practical operation of the model machine proves that the design is stable and feasible.
