This paper describes the structure of cable television broadcasting system,which is a huge multimedia information transmission and exchange network,integrating television,telephone and computer networks,and can complete television and voice broadcasting,video on demand,Internet access,distance education,telecommunications and other services.This paper studies the frequency band division and channel configuration of cable TV broadcasting,that is,the use of adjacent frequency transmission can make full use of the frequency band resources,but it is also easy to cause the mutual influence between the signals transmitted by adjacent channels,so a series of strict technical means should be adopted at the front end to overcome the adjacent frequency interference.
