防渗漏施工技术在房屋建筑施工中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 介绍了房屋建筑防渗漏施工的必要性,指出房屋建筑工程发生外墙渗漏问题的原因主要来自材料因素、管理因素和建筑设计因素。分析了房屋建筑施工中的重要防渗漏技术,如门窗防渗漏技术、屋面防渗漏技术、墙体裂缝渗透控制技术、墙面防渗漏技术和厨卫防渗漏技术。当门窗的整体框架有了初步的构造之后,就要处理连接缝,避免雨水沿着连接缝渗入。屋面的涂料和材料都会对防渗漏起到一定的作用,因此,必须要选择合适的防水卷材和涂料,在施工时要多次涂抹防水材料,以提高建筑的防水性能。在选择石粉沙等施工材料时,要选择优质的材料,通常会选择纯度相对比较适中的沙质,并用砂浆对混凝土进行比例调配,确保砂浆强度能够达到施工要求。在墙面抹灰之前,需要清理整个墙面,避免出现灰尘,还要打磨墙面,使其变得更加平整。在厨房和卫生间进行防渗漏作业时,要特别注意管道的连接处,需要使用一些防渗漏材料来增加密闭性。 This paper introduces the necessity of anti leakage construction of housing construction,and finds that the main reasons for the leakage of external walls in housing construction are material factors,management factors and architectural design factors.This paper analyzes the important anti-seepage technologies in the construction of houses,such as the anti-seepage technology of doors and windows,the anti-seepage technology of roofs,the seepage control technology of wall cracks,the anti-seepage technology of walls and the anti-seepage technology of kitchen and toilet.When the overall frame of the door and window has a preliminary structure,it is necessary to deal with the joint to avoid rainwater infiltration along the joint.The coating and materials of the roof will play a certain role in preventing leakage.Therefore,it is necessary to select appropriate waterproof roll and coating,and apply waterproof materials for many times during construction to improve the waterproof performance of the building.When choosing stone powder sand and other construction materials,we should choose high-quality materials,usually choose sand with relatively moderate purity,and use mortar to mix the proportion of concrete to ensure that the mortar strength can meet the construction requirements.Before plastering the wall,the whole wall needs to be cleaned to avoid dust,and the wall needs to be polished to make it more flat.When carrying out leakage prevention work in the kitchen and toilet,special attention should be paid to the connection of pipes,and some leakage prevention materials should be used to increase the tightness.
