疫情之下深圳养老服务行业的应对与挑战

Challenges Faced by Shenzhen’s Elderly Care Service during the Covid-19 Epidemic

老年人是新冠肺炎的高危易感人群,做好养老机构疫情防控关系到老年人的生命安全和身体健康。本文通过问卷、约稿和访谈等形式,对深圳部分养老机构进行了调研,梳理了养老服务机构在疫情期间的应对成效和阶段性困难,最后从促进养老服务行业健康稳步发展的角度,提出了系列政策建议,包括加强养老行业应急管理标准建设、建立跨部门跨行业的应急协调互助机制、建立常态化养老行业应急帮扶保障机制,以及加强养老行业应急管理与产业创新研究。

As older people are vulnerable to Covid-19, it is significant to ensure the prevention and management work in elderly nursing homes. With survey and interview on elderly care service institutions in Shenzhen, this article shows the management and challenges that these institutions have during the Covid-19 epidemic. A series of policy suggestions to promote the response capacity of elderly care service institutions are proposed.
