高职院校专业文化研究国内期刊文献综述

Literature Review of Domestic Journals on Professional Culture Research in Higher Vocational Schools

已有文献对专业文化的内涵、特征、功能、内容体系以及专业文化建设的现状、模式、路径等进行了深入研究,但是,存在研究成果理论深度不够,研究视角相对狭窄,实践研究不够,研究重点不突出等问题。建议加强专业文化的思政教育功能研究;加强实践研究,特别是针对具体专业深入研究,充分挖掘、提炼和总结专业文化;突出重点研究领域,对产教融合背景下专业文化建设、专业群的文化建设予以高度关注。

The existing literature has conducted in-depth researches on the connotation, characteristics, functions, content of professional culture, as well as the current situation, mode and path of professional culture construction. However, there are some problems in the research, such as lack of convincing results, relatively narrow perspective, insufficient practical research, and obscure focus. It is suggested that we should strengthen the research on the function of ideological and political education of professional culture. Practical research, especially the thorough research on specific majors should be encouraged. It is also advised to fully excavate, refine and summarize the professional culture, highlight the key research fields, and pay close attention to the construction of professional culture. In the meantime, the cultural construction of professional groups in the context of the integration of industry and education should be carried out.
