The quality of MOOC video is the key to improve the completion of MOOC. As a new media technology with both visual effect and production efficiency, graphic animation technology can be used in MOOC video as an effective means to quickly improve the video quality. This paper analyzes the advantages of the application of graphic animation technology in MOOC video production, and points out the problems that need to be solved. Effective methods to strengthen and promote the application of graphic animation technology in MOOC video production are proposed.
