京津冀文化产业协同发展了吗?——基于供需角度的研究

Has the Cultural Industry Achieved Coordinated Development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region?——A Supply-and-Demand Perspective

文化产业协同发展是实现京津冀协同发展的实体内容。从供需角度出发,利用灰色关联分析法探究影响京津冀文化产业协同发展的关联因素,借助复合系统协调度模型,构建京津冀文化产业协同发展评价体系,测算文化产业协同度。结果发现,2014-2017年京津冀文化产业协同度逐年上升,文化产业协同发展措施取得一定成效,但协同水平较低。主要原因在于,京津冀文化产业协同有序度较差,文化产品供给仍有较大增长空间,河北省文化产业供需不均衡。对此,从需求端和供给端提出促进京津冀文化产业协同进程的建议。

The coordinated development of the cultural industry is crucial to the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. From the perspective of supply and demand, the gray correlation analysis method is used to explore the related factors that affect the coordinated development of cultural industry in the region. The evaluation model of composite system is used to measure its coordination degree. We have found that the coordination degree of the industry,though at a low level, has increased year by year;the measures to promote the industry has been effective. The main reasons are that the industry has a poor order of coordination;there is much room for growth in the supply of cultural products;the supply and demand of cultural industry in Hebei Province is uneven. In this regard, related proposals are made from a demand-and-supply perspective.
