摘要
预制钢板组合梁桥结合了钢材和混凝土2种不同材料的特性,使其具有施工简便、受力明确等特点,从而得到了广泛的应用。文章以固镇至蚌埠高速公路工程项目处一30 m钢板组合梁桥为背景,针对钢板组合梁桥行车振动问题,设计了一种行车振动控制装置,利用ANSYS有限元软件分析了调谐质量阻尼器(tuned mass damper,TMD)在该桥减振控制中的参数敏感性,并对比分析了行车速度对减振效果的影响。研究结果表明,通过合理设置TMD的质量、刚度和阻尼系数可以达到最优的减振控制效果,该文提出的减振装置对移动车辆引起的竖向振动控制效果明显,且在较低时速下减振效果更加显著。
Combining with the material characteristics of steel and concrete,the precast steel-concrete composite beam bridge has the characteristics of simple construction and clear force distribution and has been widely used.In this paper,a vehicle vibration control device is proposed for solving the vibration problem of the precast steel-concrete composite beam bridge based on a 30 m steel-concrete composite beam bridge in the project of Guzhen-Bengbu expressway.The parametric sensitivity of tuned mass damper(TMD)and the influence of vehicle speed on the vibration control effect are investigated by using ANSYS.The results show that it can get the optimal control effect by choosing reasonable mass,stiffness and damping coefficient of the device,and the vertical vibration caused by moving vehicles can also be reduced effectively by using the vibration damper,and the vibration control effect under lower vehicle speed is more remarkable.
