近代中外条约研究的话语体系构建

The treaty relationship between China and foreign countries at the beginning of modern times is a classic research field for the construction of the Chinese discourse system. Clearing away colonial discourse, refuting the logic of power, and laying the foundation of academic discourse in this field are key points for breaking down West-centrism, and have significance for practice. The core appeal and purport of this discourse system are to adhere to the national position, safeguard national sovereignty, and objectively analyze the attributes and evolution of modern Chinese and foreign treaties. By interpreting common values and excavating the essence of tradition, we can disclose the nature of Western power, i.e., its deviation from common values;analyze the influence of Chinas traditional ideas;and highlight Chinese elements.
