全球金融危机后世界社会主义运动未进入高潮的原因探析

The Roots of the World Socialist Movement Not Entering the Climax after the Global Financial Crisis

2008年金融危机的爆发给世界社会主义运动带来了重要的“机遇期”,经过十余年的发展,已呈现出一系列新变化、新亮点。当代世界社会主义运动正在走出低潮,并转向长周期的上升通道,但从整体上看仍没有出现热切期待中的高潮,仅是在局部出现亮点。这是因为各国共产党面对“内忧外患”的形势没有作出充分准备,难以有效利用“机遇期”带来期望的变革与发展。因此,各国共产党的任务是在革命形势到来之前作好长期准备,并通过制定灵活的战略策略,促进社会主义革命主客观条件的不断成熟,推动世界社会主义运动由低潮走向高潮,并在资本主义总危机临近时推动社会主义革命的胜利。

The outbreak of the 2008 financial crisis brought an important“opportunity period”for the world socialist movement.After more than ten years of development,the world socialist movement has shown a series of new changes and new highlights.The contemporary world socialist movement is stepping out of the low tide and entering into the long-term ascending stage,but there is still no expected climax on the whole but only some regional highlights.The fundamental reason is that the Communist Parties in capitalist countries are ill-prepared to deal with problems both from home and abroad,and therefore can barely make effective use of the“opportunity period”to bring about desired changes and development.Therefore,the task of the Communist Parties in capitalist countries is to make long-term preparation for the revolutionary moment,adopt flexible strategies to promote the mature of the subjective and objective conditions of socialist revolution,gradually push the world socialist movement to its high tide,and strive for the final victory of the socialist revolution when the general crisis of capitalism is approaching.
