为了解决回采巷道横川拐弯掘进施工时人工清煤的劳动强度大、作业时间长、掘进施工效率低的问题,采用ZCY60R侧卸式装岩机代替人工出煤作业,实现了横川拐弯掘进施工的全程机械化,降低了作业人员的劳动强度,提高了横川拐弯掘进施工效率,减少了回采巷道掘进时间,有效缓解了矿井采掘衔接紧张局面。

In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,long working time and low efficiency of manual coal cleaning during the construction of hengchuan corner driving in the stope tunnel,ZCY60R side unloading rock loader is used instead of manual coal production,which realizes the whole process mechanization of hengchuan corner driving construction,reduces the labor intensity of the operators,improves the construction efficiency of hengchuan corner driving,and reduces the driving time of mining roadway and effectively relieves the tension of mining connection.
