摘要
针对赵庄煤业废弃瓦斯抽放钻孔形成的空洞、小孔径薄浆圈与软煤孔壁摩擦力不足造成锚索锚固力低下、离散度高以及巷帮破碎、锚固力严重不足的问题,设计了巷帮整体注浆加固、全长扩孔孔底加长锚固方案。现场测试10根试验锚索锚固力均达到28MPa以上,巷道两帮和顶板变形量大幅减小,有利于安全使用和采掘衔接。
Aiming at the problems of low anchoring force and high dispersion of anchor cable,as well as the serious shortage of breaking and anchoring force of roadway side caused by the hole formed by waste gas drainage in Zhaozhuang Coal Industry,such as low friction between small aperture slurry ring and soft coal hole wall,a scheme of integral grouting reinforcement of roadway side and lengthening anchoring of full-length reaming hole bottom is designed.In the field test,the anchoring force of 10 test anchor cables is over 28MPa,and the deformation of the two sides of the roadway and the roof is greatly reduced,which is conducive to the safe use and mining connection.
