摘要
针对裕泰煤矿二水平胶带大巷受陷落柱影响发生底鼓严重的现象,通过现场实测、室内试验的方法,分析了其成分组成及陷落柱特征,提出高强锚网索+帮底注浆锚杆+喷射混凝土的加固方案。研究表明:底板泥岩层中蒙脱石含量16.1%,陷落柱的存在为其创造了吸水膨胀的条件;经加固方案后,巷道底鼓量降低了74.3%。
In view of the serious floor heave in the second level belt roadway of Yutai Coal Mine affected by the collapse column,the composition and the characteristics of the collapse column are analyzed by the methods of field measurement and laboratory test,and the reinforcement scheme of high-strength anchor mesh cable+side bottom grouting anchor bolt+shotcrete is put forward.The results show that the content of montmorillonite is 16.1%in the mudstone layer of the floor,and the existence of the collapse column creates the conditions for its water absorption and expansion;after the reinforcement scheme,the floor heave of the roadway is reduced by 74.3%.
