摘要
2022巷在掘进过程中受集中应力作用,巷道顶板出现破碎现象。店坪煤矿通过技术研究,决定对应力集中区顶板采用自锁让压式锚杆进行支护。实际应用发现,与传统螺纹钢锚杆相比,自锁让压式锚杆让压效果好,支护失效率降低至4%以下,取得显著应用成效。
2022 roadway is under the action of concentrated stress in the process of excavation,and the roof of the roadway is broken.Through the technical research,Dianping Coal Mine decided to adopt the self-locking pressure bolt to support the roof of the corresponding stress concentration area.Compared with the traditional screw steel bolt,the self-locking pressure letting bolt has better pressure letting effect,and the failure rate of support is reduced to less than 4%,which has achieved remarkable application effect.
