摘要
以宇昌煤业东五采区3021工作面回风顺槽局部通风机为研究对象,对变频调速的功能特点、工作原理、智能控制、优势进行了分析,对变频调速技术进行了改造。该装置可以实现局部风机的智能控制,调整转速,改变供风量,安全经济效益明显。
Taking the local ventilator of 3021 working face in the fifth east mining area of Yuchang Coal Industry as the research object,the function characteristics,working principle,intelligent control and advantages of frequency control are analyzed,and the frequency control technology is reformed.The device can realize the intelligent control of local fans,adjust the rotating speed,change the air supply,and has obvious safety and economic benefits.
