摘要 针对虎龙沟煤业EBZ220H式掘进机在工作过程中悬臂高度调控精度差、滞后性大等严重影响井下掘进质量的难题,本文提出了一种新的掘进机悬臂调高控制系统,利用AMEsim仿真分析软件对该控制系统的调高控制特性进行了分析。实际应用表明,优化后悬臂调高控制的精度和反应速度均有了显著的提升。 In order to solve the problems of poor precision of cantilever height control and large lag,which seriously affects the quality of underground excavation,a new cantilever height control system of EBZ220H roadheader in Hulonggou Coal Industry is proposed in this paper,and the control characteristics of the control system are analyzed by using AMEsim simulation and analysis software.The practical application shows that the accuracy and reaction speed of the optimized cantilever height adjustment control are significantly improved.
