摘要
针对四台矿井下液压支架整体过重、侧护板伸缩不灵敏、易倾倒等问题,本文提出了液压支架的优化方案,通过合理选择架型、完善防倒功能、强化主体构件结构等极大地提升了液压支架工作时的支护稳定性和可靠性,优化后的液压支架已在四台矿得到了广泛的应用,取得了极好的应用效果。
In view of the problems existing in the application of hydraulic support in Sitai Mine,such as overweight of hydraulic support as a whole,insensitive expansion of side guard plate and easy toppling,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of hydraulic support,which greatly improves the stability and reliability of hydraulic support by reasonably selecting the frame type of hydraulic support,perfecting the anti-toppling function of hydraulic support and strengthening the main component structure of hydraulic support.The optimized hydraulic support has been widely used in Sitai Mine and has achieved excellent application results.
